well, contacting the help service about an issue i had wasnt as bad as i thought it would be.

the waiting time for a response wasnt great but, when i finally did get a response it was VERY HELPFUL. i dont think i'll be needing to contact the help center anytime soon (as long as i dont have any more issues).

other than that, i was glad that jules helped me with my issue and didnt link me to some link that had nothing to do with my issue, i was very happy to see that he helped me and understood my issue perfectly.

overall, it took me a while to figure out how to get support ( i was to adjusted to the old way) but, when i figured it out, it became very easy.

Why can't CS send an automated reply to someone who has submitted a help ticket, once a reply has been posted? It's a major pain to have to keep going back and going back forever to find a reply to my ticket.
If you truly want to improve CS, listen and take note of what we, your customers, the reason you have a paycheck, are saying!!

Such a notification is sent via email. Please make sure you have a current email address associated with your IMVU account that you check regularly.

I just created an account on this but before my imvu verification email there was a criminal who hacked on my account, people often steal my account, there is a stolen my account then these crooks stole more items in my inventory, then after the wrong she use my account, this she says that the account belongs to me while I was missing account data was stolen, as well as my account is that criminals have started to action again after this criminal act then again he stole washing hands again he said it was my account whereas the criminals who have been stealing my account and email are connected already removed his footsteps so I hope I made a new account has also been replaced by password thieves, because I can no longer be verified, but the items on the inventory of my account one had stolen and then used the stolen account that there may be a plan that is not good, hope the IMVU can trace these people to guard against the account because this is mine and the other on behalf of abused me again...

Well, I'm back to crashing out of IMVU in create again. I step on the standing spot I am working on and poof...GONE! Emptied my project folder and cleared cache (which normally worked for me in the past) and still crashing out. Guess maybe I need to try out that new help center everyone is so happy with.



Oh and I tried using Firefox instead of Google chrome to to grab a new standing spot to derive from and there is no derive from option on the Firefox page.


Update:

I do like the new help center. Much better and easier to navigate. Of course, as soon as I submit a ticket the crash problem resolves itself! Very Happy

the new help center does look better, and more friendly, that is, once you figure out what they are trying to do. I do agree with the person who said it loads just as slow, perhaps even slower. Sometimes I get the impression the the imvu staff would prefer people just go away, and they think the best way for that to happen is to make things hard for communication between customer and support. I am sure that I just feel that way because when it affects me, I am impatient. I think the problem is not the way things are presented, but that the staffing is inadequate for the demand of the customers. but...that is business..

Hello, Someone Recently hacked my Account this is like the 2nd time and its making me unhappy i thought IMVU was a safe and secure place i am sure i gave nobody my password and it still got hacked i really want it back because i was VIP and i put alot of money to that acc so what i'm i suppose to do keep making accounts and putting money on then getting hacked! No can you please do something about this my old user name is Caylie and i was able to access it 2 hours ago Sad
