So I recently had an issue with my first VIP subscription a few days ago.

The order had been pending for over 2 days so naturally, I filed a help ticket.

Soon after my ticket was submitted, I received a reply from Customer Service instructing me to provide proof of my identity etc.. which was fine with me.

I'm very happy to say that I received a message from Mark explaining why my order was on hold for account security and to ensure that it wasn't a fraudulent transaction. My issue had been taken cared of in less than a day.

They're doing their job. So perhaps cut them some slack? I'm seeing improvements. Very Happy

in FAQ section, theres a search tab, i think something isnt working in there. as i typed something very basic that must be covered in the questions, and yet, when i search for example 'email' or really basic keywords, it says that it cant find anything in my search.

imvu fail?

wow, that has to be either a glitch, a bug, or imvu doesnt want to work properly. normally it would of showed you stuff/things related to what you typed in. if, the search term you typed in doesnt show any results then it has to be either a glitch or a bug, maybe even it doesnt want to work properly.

but, i do feel bad for you. there have been times when i searched for something on imvu and it acted like it "didnt exist". Rolling Eyes

I can't seem to access the "Get Support" section in the help center. For the past few days I've been getting this message:

"We are having trouble accessing your IMVU Help Center Cases at this time. If you have an urgent need, please logout of the IMVU website, click Help at the bottom of the screen and then click on "here" below the login box to create a new temporary account for the Help Center. Make sure you choose an email address you have not used in IMVU before and do not use your current avatar name. You will have the opportunity to include your existing avatar name when you submit your case. We apologize for the trouble."

Is this to do with site maintenance?

No, it's to do with which browser you are using and whether or not cookies are enabled.

Try a different browser temporarily.

You will need to filled it a help Tickets by going Click on Help upper-right hands corner and click on Get Support...

And here is in not the ways you will get help...
