Hiding the product will not protect the developer since there are many creators who will flag the item and report the PID. I wouldn't advise doing this whatsoever since it against the TOS and it also shows a lack of character or concern in regards to not only Imvu but even more so, for the developers and creators who are dedicated members of the Imvu community.

Even if it was to pass Peer Review, the chances of the product being flagged/reported are extremely high.

Yes, even if an item is hidden it still breaks the TOS and your creator agreement. It also can be flagged. Many people know how to flag items that are hidden in shop. It is not hard to do so.

Anyone breaking the TOS is asking for their account to be disable by staff. Doesn't matter how much they try to hide what they are doing. It can still get them disabled just like everyone else that breaks the rules.

Even if I hid it from the shop?

doing this will get you in trouble faster.
one thing is pp make things by mistake or don't know the TOS but doing this way is a short way to get in big trouble faster.
why do you want to break the RULES?
Shocked

No, I wasn't wanting to break the rules. Me and some of my friends were having a debate on wether that was true or not~ One of them was thinking of making one. Not me. c:

It would be best to advise your friends that this is not a good idea. If one doesn't have an AP pass, they shouldn't be trying to sneak in AP products. The AP protects minors from inappropriate products and defying the TOS and developing community by trying to push through an AP product under GA will get one on the fast track to nowhere and quickly.

ask as many questions as you like but it appears to most of us you are trying to make an ap item GA nice way to be subtle also a better way for the mods to slam down on your shop...... as one would say to a shrink a friend of mine...........99,999% of the time you are the friend ..............So good luck with that

Another proof and point on why kids should play on the penguin community and not here

Hi, developers who do not abide the rules have action taken against them. Products must go through peer review once they are published and can be voted against and flagged once they are published. We cannot use our unpublished products in chat.

The forums can’t be used to ask for workarounds to IMVU rules or services. All developers should have read the TOS and Virtual goods policy before submitting content to IMVU’s catalog. The polices are clear nudity is AP only.

Nude suits are AP only. Furkinis that show detailed parts are AP as well. There is a thread: Here that goes over what a GA furkini should look like and Here are the developer rules.

Also please note staff’s thread concerning rerated products and some of the penalties that can happen if a product is misrated: Here

If your friend is confused about the submission guidelines you can link them to this thread. If your friend publishes the naked product as GA and by some mishap it passes peer review you can flag it. If your friend tries to use the hidden naked product as GA in chats other users will flag it if it passes peer review.. IMVU expects all creators to abide thier rules if they wish to submit products and have an account. Locking..question has been answered. Thank you
