Please note that our Customer Support center located in Manila, Phillipines is experiencing some delays in providing support and responses to help tickets.
As you may have seen in the news, the area has been hit with severe rains and flooding affecting the ability of our support team members to work as per their routine schedules. We expect the conditions to improve rapidly over the next few days, however, want to let you know that you may experience some delays in getting a response. We are working diligently to return to normal response times as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience during this time.
We also wish the best to all our team members as they deal with these extreme weather conditions.
