Bonjours here is I would like to have how redimensionné are image Gif there 100x80 (image of product), but by keeping(guarding) the gif thus that the image moves.

Are you using Photoshop or Gimp?
I'm not that familiar with Gimp yet but the only way that I know to do it in Photoshop is to re-do the whole thing but making sure that the new image is 100x80 to begin with. You're going to have to place the images in the correct order, making sure to create the frames for the individual ones in the animation section. Make sure that all the images have their own frame and layer. That way you can make them invisible when you're working on the individual frames.
Hopefully, I made sense. I kind of confused myself reading that a second time  _________________
