I have been repeatedly hacked by a member of imvu, I changed my password, my email, my email password, I checked for viruses with two scanners, I have NEVER gave my password to anyone, not my friends, not a stranger. To try and get further help, I sent in a help ticket. Well, the first time, I was extremely polite, barely acting the way I am. They refunded my lost credits. Well the next time I left credits in my account overnight, yet again they were stolen. Checked my credit log balance, and the same person stole them. I submitted another help ticket, and the same generic help came up. I added a note saying that I have done none of those things and if they could actively somehow block her from logging into my account and buying herself gifts from her IP address, or if they could even just disable her account. The same automated message popped up. Is this not ridiculous?

I'm not entirely sure how anyone would even manage to do this, but the first thing I'd do if I were you is change the title of your thread. It won't garner much attention the way it is, since it just sounds whiny and petty, like all the other 'IMVU staff is a joke!' threads.

Next, I'd actually call the company. No automated messages then.

Have you checked for a keylogger? Those are Malware and tend to elude Virus scanners. That might be how she is getting your new account info. Malwarebites is helpful in getting rid of those.

My main account was hacked and something was posted by the hacker to get my account disabled for two weeks. I pretty much rehacked into my own account and did some changes but by the time I did, IMVU disabled it. I have to agree with the OP to where IMVU Staff does suck at their job.

Someone I use to know as a stalker here on IMVU who got banned for good, hacked my account, posted something I posted on ANOTHER website here, got my account disabled a day after I manage to get my account back and yet I pay the price for the hacker pretty much screwing my account.

The OP is right. IMVU can't do their job properly cause even the good, honest people get screwed over in the end cause IMVU just doesn't really care to really listen. It took me reporting IMVU to the BBB to have them tell me why my account was disabled and trying to prove it and I still get ****** over in the end regardless cause they don't listen.

CS is off yes but they do not suck. I got my account disabled for "fraud card" but I communicated with them and explained that I had not used my card since December and that my VIP, which is what the payment was over, was purchased using a prepaid card so that was why they could not get my next months payment. They understood and guess what, they gave me my account back. :3

IMVU doesnt give a shyte about good people. They shoot first and ask questions later. (actually they dont ask) they just leave you out in the cold.
