Some of my products have been messed up to because imvu used to allow characters like ,č,ć, nov they suddenly dont allow it anymore without informing anyone.
And i believe neo is no longer active on imvu so messaging him would be hard yeah, and hes probably the only one who can fix it since he has the original blender files. |

Can't IMVU fix any broken or messed up product if the developer is no longer active on IMVU or left ???? _________________

If you file a help ticket, as the product will not load into create mode you may be able to get it disabled by IMVU. This will, however, inevitably involve refunds. All products are sold as seen ad the TOS states that if they break imvu doesn't take responsibility.

I just tried deriving from that ship and I get an error about invalid asset names. I will poke staff about this. _________________

There was a problem where the old export for blender was showing the full file path for assets as the asset name.. which wasn't a problem with the old previewer (apparently) but with create mode caused an error. Those with blender products had to manually fix the file name. The problem is fixed with the new exporter as far as I know.
That would not cause the mesh to be moved off the standing node though. That is something else. _________________ my stuff |
