Ability to Favorite IMVU creators for the Shop

It might seem silly, but I think it would be a good idea to be able to have a Favorites section in the Shop for IMVU creators, and when the favorited creators have a new product in the Shop, it will give an alert of some sort (not while the user is in chat mode, but maybe a little bubble to appear in the Shop).

Sometimes it's hard to keep track of all of my favorite creators, and I forget about them for a while. It would be nice to be able to keep up to date with their new products.

Since you asked, no.

If you really want to favorite someone you book mark or keep their name. The client is bulky enough and the hot new items thing is a mess already so we know imvu can't see to understand "new." And half the time their notification systems don't work and they have proven time and time again that simple coding will cause a crash because they did it wrong. Look how long it's taking them to add an unmute to the mute function.

Besides this would essentially kill some devs. You'd get a bunch of peope faving and buying only from pro creaters and people who texture steal then you would small devs who are only tier one. You'd kill the market so quickly that no one would want to dev anymore and only the so called "good" devs would be turning a profit and everyone would have the same junk.

In a place where people hate being copied and where texture thieves make pro in 3 hours but the dev they stole from is still tier 2 faving like this can be harmful.

If you want to keep up with them keep there homepage book marked or visit their shop. New stuff is flagged with a tag. Imvu shouldn't have to keep up with what you think is trendy, if it's that hard then don't play favorites. Enjoy finding something from the corner like you would at a flea market and then remeber to eventually go back to macies. Besides if you wait a week it gives you a week of new things to browse instead of 1.

And it takes a while for a good dev to post anything. So while i understand wanting to see if something new is posted, faving a dev like this will only cause issues.
