all his stuff is unedited from the derivable, costs 100-200 more, and all the reviews are THE SAME PEOPLE OVER HALF THE TIME

ZCDs are allowed by IMVU. When you actually sign on to be a creator it says that you agree to let your derive be derivable. So if I make a mesh and put proper textures on it like I used to, and someone comes along and just adds some profit to it without doing any thing else to it, it's allowed by IMVU's TOS and VPG, whether I like it or not.

Edit: and you do need to remove the creators name as it's against forum rules to name others in a bad light.

I know Zcds are legal its not that. I have items that sell over 2000 times without one review. He has bunchload of reviews for each item and I we all know he hasn't sold that many. What I ponder however is what amount of time it must take to do all these reviews with alts and gift all of these items and so on. It must be like hundreds of hours...lol

It must really be that some want to be on top, in the front, the first one, wasting so much time gifting, reviewing, alt accounts a job in itself. Must not be such fun other than seeing your item(s) there for a brief period of time if that. I for one and many others I know skip the hottest and click immediately for the newest and search from there. Hottest may mean super awesomeness to some but for many regulars it means nothing and we move on quickly.

If they're ZCDing your stuff, DMCA them. It doesn't matter that its allowable by TOS - they can't contest unless they want IMVU to send you their personal information. This is the loophole that allows meshers to keep control of their product and cut down on this (bleep).

I just don't see how gifting a bazillion people is profitable. One will have to sell that many more products just to break even, much less turn profit.
