| I have people on my recent chats list that have not been back to imvu since 2009. i want them removed? it refresh but it always goes back. |

Sorry to say the recent chat list has been broken for some time. Best wait for until IMVU has fixed it  |

That has always been broken as far as I know, just like the outfit glitches and music ones. Now we can't even move our badges, gotta ignore it I guess because it'll always be the same. |

While you cannot delete users from your recent chat list, typically as you chat more, those old users are pushed down off the list by the newer chats that you've had. Are you saying that this is not happening for you?

Yes, as I am having the same problem....I've had people in my "Recent chats" section for 2 years now...and I've talked to a ton of people...but nope still shows the same people form year or so ago. Also, instead of 10...it only shows 6...and only 1 of them ever refreshes to my "recent" chats...
it's annoying....fix this broken thing. You'd think in 2-3 years IMVU would fix this....

| I found that using IE is easier to rearange your music mixes. As far as the recent chat list goes, It has been that way since I started on here over 4 years ago. there is a trick to delete your recent chat list and that is to delete and block them, and then unblock and refriend them (if you still want to talk to them). I had to do this a couple of times. You can either leave your recent chat list as is, do as I suggested, or minimize it so that you don't have to look at it. |

What if they return in 2013 ? I created my this imvu account in 2009 and after using it for 1 year i got a new job then i almost left imvu for 1 year but i came back to imvu in 2012 am very happy that m back in imvu .
Suppose if imvu thought that i won't be back and deleted my account then what i going to feel like.. ?

No one said anything about deleting accounts. Just about removing old chats from the recent chats list.
I agree that it would be nice to be able to refresh it.

You can still block them and then unblock them to get them off your recent chat list. |
