The tilte says it all.
I have my 10 rooms slots available in the client, see both "regular" and "VIP" prices in the catalogue - but am barred from the VIP forum. |

| Were you a long time VIP member or did you just became a member? Because sometimes it takes time for the IMVU system to recognise you as a VIP. But if that is not the case you better file a help ticket via the Help Center. Be sure to file it under the VIP category to get a faster response. |

I have been a VIP since 2008 (with some interruptions though). I renewed my subscription 2 days after my VIP had expired.
Off to the Help center it is then - I really wish this step could be avoided. |

Update: as per CS reply, I should contact the Community Team!
Sadly, I never managed to get ANY reply at all from the famous communityteam@imvu.com address.
Can anybody clarify WHO is in charge of the general forum management? |

Please pass me your ticket number. Unfortunately, what with the holiday weekend, staff may not get to it straight away, but I will ask them to take a look.
They don't reply to emails sent to that address if it is something that should be dealt with by help ticket. It seems to me that this clearly is something that CS should be able to resolve. _________________

Thanks, Auntie. I just received a 2nd. reply from CS - basically without any changes, meaning they insist that granting access to the VIP forum is a CT job.
