North Korea Testing Missiles .. Aiming at Australia

Just how big a threat is North Korea? They say they are testing a rocket launch but every other country believes they are testing long range missiles that may either now or in the future be able to reach Australia. Should anything be done, and if so what? If South Korea or Japan follow through and shoot the North Korean missile down, what will that do to tensions in the region ?

Can the countries of the world just collectively say that North Korea is a hell hole and kill all the military leaders there? Like, seriously. Destroy their government, because they're so miserable that they have nothing else to lose anyways.

***, if they somehow can't manage, they might as well just bomb the whole damn place. It was Christopher Hitchens who once stated, "At least you can die and leave North Korea." And I can't say I disagree. Death there might be better than life.

yeah they do seem to treat them as God's but traditionally many countries did that. I think in antiquity the Ceaser's were supposed to be Gods, and in some parts of the world that sort of thinking has lasted a lot longer. I think it was after world war 2 that the Emperor of Japan had to give up his status as a God, and many still thought he was a God.
