L'unica cosa che posso consigliarti è di contattare il customer service.

Clicca su HELP ,poi Request support, nella Case category inserisci "General Support",poi nel General Topics inserisci"Earning Credits" e descrivi il tuo problema ,inserendo anche il link che hai scritto qui.

alcune offerte non sono nella nostra regione cioè non fa parte per le offerte italiane e sono per quelli americani...
