This is probably something I should know, but the group room I'm in is perplexed and we don't know the answer.
Why when you click on a public chat room are SOME of the names of the avatars listed in that room highlighted in green, and others are not?

Those highlighted in green are on your friends list if I'm not mistaken.

I would agree, except I have clicked on several rooms, including the one I'm in, full of friends, and only certain friends are in green. Not all.

That happens to me as well.. might just be a glitch with some names not highlighting green, even if they are your friends.

maybe it's every other one of your friends is highlighted in Green, and if they are not your friend then it's normal colored
for example
Friend 1 Green
Friend 2 Normal
Friend 3 Green
Non Friend Normal
Friend 4 Normal
Non Friend Normal
Friend 5 Green
etc. that is what I see it as.
