Hello everyone I have an Issue, I sold a Product for several times but in My developer Income events appears only one time sold, even in my Page appears that it sold few times but i didn't get any credits for it, it was a sale with Credits ( the buyer didn't use Promo Credits) but they never came? Is there any solution because this appears to happen few times to me...

Check here and go to the right hand link called Pended Credits. Check there first, and then also at the Developer Income events. If it's not showing on either of those, you will need to file a help ticket at the help link above. Make sure when you file the help ticket, to make it a creator issue ticket.

I have seen the same problem.
The item report say it as been sold X amount of time
Dev report only show 1 sale
Customer event balance credited for 1 sale.
All the rest goes? Never never land. Well for us dev.

Yes 5 days already but nothing happened. It is not alot of Credits but it bothers me that this Problem keeps repeating...

Yes that is the exact thing that happens to me too, I can even see who bought it but i dont get the credits.. |

this has been happening for a rather long time now... about the same time as the pend system went into play that was supposedly fully tested... this and other vanishing sales. Dont hold your breath on it getting fixed, and don't expect anything that gives you hope of it being fixed. The most common statement by imvu on the disappearing sales is....
"we have checked your account and have found that it is working as expected"

So i guess there is nothing to do about it  At least it is not a big deal on Credits it is just anoying...

wait until you see a exceptional loss from it. Personally I feel it doesn't matter if its 1cr, or 1,000 cr, it needs to be fixed.

Please send me the PID for which you have seen this and the details.
More than likely this is the situation:
Example: A product was purchased 3 times but 1 of those transactions were reversed while still in pend. Sales would say 3 sold but the actual income event will log 2.
