Like everything imvu does, there's bound to be a limit to "tags". And it's a simple thing to add to the client during an update/maintenance queue. A simple text box with comma delimited separators. 90% of all software today uses this, its known as CSV. Anyhow, I think the idea is a great, but again, a limit or boundary must be set in place beforehand. Say, 250 characters. There isn't a point to 1024, thats overkill. Could go as far as 15 "tags", each one identified by the comma separator. Again, something very simple for the imvu dev's to through in during an update/maint. queue.

Exactly! Totally agree must be a limit, or people would put way too many. Like I understand a need for tags and such to attract people but don't want to overdue it like useless tags. For example if your room hates vampires, vampire probably shouldn't be a tag then unless you want to draw them in because you do enjoy hating them in character or something.

It solves the description clutter, too.

That way, when you search for something, a room that says "This is NOT a ________ room!" won't show up.

There were many threads about this some time ago but it never went anywhere... it just kinda... died... like so.
Some other suggestions were simply a bigger text field or else more specific organization for the rooms. Categories to search within (rp: yes/no...)

I'm still all for it tho. :3 Jus dun think it'll get far... again... for the xxx'th time. ;A;

As many have said I dare say it won't go anywhere but maybe an idea to add the option to add a link for an imvu group. This way you can go into depth about rules, who is who and what position people hole etc. Especially relevant in RPs.
Being able to show who is a mod when looking at the listing of who is in a room would be very handy as well. That way you can see if anyone is even a mod in that room or if it is just random people.

Great idea with the tags as well! I can't do much of a description as I need a wide range of tags.

But it's too bad nobody joins the groups to read group forums cuz they think it won't be easy to back out of. I know I didn't want to join groups cuz I didn't wanna be held hostage in one. xD It's not like that at all tho, which is a plus and a minus if you are looking to keep people in your group. :T
