I recently found a program called Miku Miku Dance, and have been using it to make animations and dances that I have been hoping to upload in a video to youtube or something like that.
Can you use the files from Miku Miku Dance to create poses and motion data for IMVU or do you HAVE to use 3dsmax?? I'm going crazy here, I really want to get into the animations business. I can't find any poses that I like to match my products so I'd like to make them.
If Miku Miku Dance isn't a compatible file type, then are there any free softwares I could get to make animations?? |

from create did you read the animation tutorial?
if the program you are using export those kind of files then yes it may work.
some times you can used another program export to max and then export to imvu.
free programs.. don`t know , but if you go to the 3d forum you`ll find a post whit a pose / animation maker.
