here's the stamp template:

you should have your image you want on the stamp already prepared. if you start with an image that is too big, you will lose a lot of detail when you scale it down.

here are the steps:
1 open stamp template
2 open image to put on stamp
3 scale image to 40 x 40 pixels
4 go to filters , enhance , sharpen or unsharp mask and sharpen to taste.
5 copy and paste image onto gray square on stamp template.
6 i think it's best saved as .png
