Item mysteriously not visible to anyone else?

I submitted a set of three eyes (blue, brown, and green.) I can see, and wear, the green eyes and they are visible in my catalog to ME. It was brought to my attention that there are only two sets visible in my catalog. I do not have them hidden, however, no one else can see the green version of the eyes. A direct link works, but they aren't showing up in my catalog view to anyone else.

It isn't showing up in the derived products, either. If you sort by newest, you can see the brown eyes and the blue eyes, but no green. (I can not see the green this way, either.)

I checked out your products and I cannot see the green eyes either.In the derivation chain I only see the blue ones on last page.There is a glitch.

yeah only by direct link you can see them and not if you click by her these were submitted yesterday and the same time as the brown and blue in my reports show it also there not showing no where in my dev chain as listed above.also i tried searching them by name in the shop and there still not showing pleasefix this she is losing sales and as well as me if this thing continues with derives not showing this is a serious problem .

It makes absolutely no sense why two would show but one wouldn't. I submitted them together, and didn't do anything differently with them that it should be a problem.

Do you think I should try to run them through PR again? I don't know if that would make ANY difference, but is it possible that it might fix it?

Either way, it's problematic that it happened in the first place.

Oh come on you guys...

This couldn't possibly be IMVU filtering the catalog by means of testing out their future plan to not display non-VIP creators in the catalog...
right?

File a Help Ticket and include screen shots.

Your green eyes are not available to be sold and IMVU is hurting your ability to market your products.

@ Notorius I do not think so I cannot even see it in the derivation chain only the blue eyes and these 3 were down yesterday.So it shouldnt take that long to show up.This is frustrating and how many other products are not showing of others atm.

Click contact us at the bottom of the page .Then click creator support then submit a case.Pick other in the drop down box and explain your situation.And that you have been here since 2009 and it should not be a VIP thing.There just not visible to others only yourself.Provide the pids and the links for them.Hope this helps .If you need more help please message me and I will do what I can.~Cat~

Yes I can see the other two in your catalog but not the green ones .And I only see the blue ones in PM's Dev chain on last page.

I have had this problem before... sometimes, I derive 3 hairs for example (same mesh), and two become visible before and one keeps like hold from view... I wait till next day (as max time) to see if the item appears.

if you have waited more that 24 hours... I think you should file a help ticket, but if it hasnt passed too much time... I would wait a little bit more and keep checking.
