ho rinnovato il vip dopo un mese
ma ad oggi nn ho ricevuto ne i crediti ne il regalo?
potrei sapere dove sono finiti

contatta il customer service , inserendo il tipo di problema.

In questo caso clicca su HELP poi REQUEST SUPPORT ,SUBMIT A CASE,
Seleziona dalla Case Category "VIP CLUB" e nel vip topic seleziona "SUBSCRIPTION ISSUES" oppure " I DID NOT RECEIVE MY CREDITS".
Mi raccomando deve essere tutto in inglese, aiutati con google per tradurre.Dovrebbero risponderti entro 48 ore.
