Even rooms with build in furniture take a long time to load. Rooms, even if they are below 2k are still laggy. I remember that wasn't the case in the past.
Even dressing up takes ages, even if I put on one single item on my avi.
And indeed, all the animations are still going to fast. I HAD an easy flowing fountain. Now it's a racetrack for digital water molecules.
There is something else that got my attention. It's not as much as the client but more the catty.
I have made new stuff and I have it uploaded on the site, using one of the latest edidtions. I can have this little window on my hp that shows my catty with the latest items. But the items that is showing now, are items that have not gone through peer view yet. To make things even more strange, the ap items that still haven't been through peer view do NOT appear in that window, even though I have AP.
When items have not been through peer view, then they shoudn't appear in that window. |

ok,once again, here is a video of the latest experience....Nothing has changed with the lag and chat box glitch. As you can see, everyone in the room is complaining about it.Just because they dont post here, doesnt mean its not a problem.
PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM BEFORE ADDING MORE USELESS FEATURES.MAKE IT A PRIORITY!!!!

Mkay. With the past few releases there has been this irritating, in my opinion, glitch. Whenever clicking on a node, the head of the avatar shifts each time, kind of like ticking as soon as it moves to a new node. I -prefer- it like it was before. When you click on a new node, the avatar's head gazes forward. Not up. Not down. Not off in Never Never Land. But straight forward. As well as for triggers for standing (case in point I'm referring to TheAvatarFactory's avatars using triggers such as "*stand1", "*stand2" etc.) Und before, the avatar would look directly forward. Now it looks off to Never Never Land (Any direction BUT forward) which is irritating und terrible for when I want to take snapshots. Cause then, I have to click around until the avatar -decides- to look straight ahead so I can take whatever photo I'm wanting.
It sucks when I'm trying to take my crappy photos to show three different views of my hair products und I need the avatar to look ahead, not off to wherever else. _________________

Ive been experiencing this too for months.PM Varsha with your PC specs, and try to capture a video screen while your lagging and be sure to send a log file in the settings in the advanced tab before you log out to clear the lag in the client....
Are you noticing your chat box glitching when people use a trigger as well? |
Recently I havent been lagging like the past 3 days I have been ok. I don't have an issue with the chat box glitching when people use a trigger. _________________

Can you provide more details about the "people sticking to your avi" issue? Regarding crashing, is it happening in specific rooms or different ones?
Thanks _________________ Varsha - Sr. Manager Community Experience |

Diffrent rooms on the crashing and the capturing of other AV
If I zoom out and then zoom towards my av clicking a node behind my av as I zoom towards it, I crash sort of weird as iM not exactly sure there's a node even there its like a phantom one appears.
The capturing if I'm standing on a furniture item and someone else stand n it.. at random, they will like stick to me, if I click other nodes in the room, that person comes with me, they can click off at anytime, but if they don't, they go with me.
Tell the techys to check my account logs I just went to like 4 rooms one after another and did it, log in as me and test , Im off to bed.. 4 am here...dont spend all my credits. |

Well,we will see what happens.I usually have to show my butt to get anyone from staff to recognize this issue, because it seems staff ignores the other people saying there is lag. They "tweaked" the system twice now and it goes away, for about 36 hours, then it comes back.Just because the majority of the community doesnt post here, doesnt mean everything is running smoothly.Thats why Im not getting anywhere.I bet if 10,000 different people posted about it,they would jump.I hear about it everyday from many, many people on how bad this type of lag is. |

What ever the site maintenance has been recently, it has not apparently solved the lag issues.
is there a good reason for IMVU to be using 378,393kb of the RAM now and STILL climbing? Considering i am currently sitting alone in an already loaded room?
When we upgraded our connect to the docsis3 modem, everything EXCEPT IMVU became faster. Could a tech support staff member please explain these issues to me, please?

4.0GB Dual-Channel DDR2 @ 401MHz
