One thing I've noticed about the room occupancy numbers....if someone exits the room, it updates. If someone exits the client, without leaving the room first....it doesn't update the occupancy number if you're looking at it from the Manage panel.
I tried this 10 times, by exiting the room and closing the client, on another PC and using my main one to monitor it...and every time, that pattern showed up.
If I went into the room that the avi closed the client from, exited and then re-checked the Manage panel, then it updated correctly. If not, it will show that exited person until someone goes in and leaves the room, without closing the client. _________________ If love is blind, why do we need lingerie? |

I took a pic for my public rooms and then used gimp to do some texting on it and uploaded it to my gallery when I went to make the public room the pic wasn't in my gallery list in the public rooms manager
I had to clear my cache and use CCcleaner then restart my pc to get it to show in the public rooms list. Anyone know why this is? |

| Great, I'll make 100 accounts and make 100 rooms. Sure they'll be un-moderated and go out of control, probably be flagged from all the abuse going on in them, either that or they'll never be used because they'll just be the default "le penthouse" room and waste space on the server until it breaks again. Does anyone else see where I'm coming from ? If one person can think of that then more can and will. This is inevitable, you can have as many rooms as you like just make a new account and make yourself a mod, write your name as room owner in the room info box. This is why giving everyone a room was a bad idea. It's not just Guest_'s having rooms that is a problem, it is the fact that people will play the system now. |

| True! I did my public room when i was VIP and i deleted and made a new one. I am no longer VIP but when i try to get in my chat-room it says the owner banned me permanently. But I'm The owner so....Imvu needs to fix this issue. |

I had the exact same problem, then they deleted one of my rooms and it was ok again, I couldn't manage my room though since this was when non-vip and non-ap couldn't have rooms. But they never deleted the ex-vip's rooms just left them un-manageable. _________________ GASR ? Y U NO OPEN ? |

Allowing VIPs to have 10 rooms I think is a good move.
However, I think "free" users should NOT be able to create a room.
Here's some spin-off issues I am seeing:
- Since there are more rooms, its "harder" to get your room noticed these days. (Thats why free users should not be able to create them).
- Once upon a time, it was a privilege to be a room creator. Now, since anyone can create a room, the "respect" for room owners has deteriorated. It was a nice culture that IMVU had, where people respected room owners. I think that culture is changing since even a noob can now create a free one.
- IMVUs "search" algorithm is a bit useless. It only really targets one word at a time (which is a bit dumb) and the rotation time for the search results to update is about 15 mins. Currently, I dont think the search system does much justice for room owners. |

I have lost a room. I cannot find it. When I click on manage rooms I get a box saying something along the lines as "Cannot find or collect information" Its quite ironic seeming as though room is called The Hide Out. _________________
