its great news and i am happy with the changes apart from guests having 1 public room and ap 1 public room too its not fair and i agree with someone that mention if every fake decide 2 do public room ... i know imvu is trying 2 plz everyone, but in this case should be: public rooms 1 for guest; 2 for ap its only fair in my point of view Very Happy

So now VIPs get 10 rooms and the rest of us are dumped in with guest accounts and can make only 1? Way to go Varsha, now its an even bigger reason for me not to dev or log into IMVU anymore. You know what idgaf about IMVU or your greedy money grubbing tactics anymore. You treat non VIPs like crap. So why should I pour my time and effort into your product which is a much watered down version of what i had come to enjoy. Good luck in the future, your gonna need it.

Giving Guest_ accounts more privileges and less incentive to actually spend money on here... are you trying to not make money? VIPS can make 10 rooms now and guess what so can anyone else, STOP GIVING MORE AND MORE PRIVILEGES TO GUEST_ ACCOUNTS YOU AREN'T GOING TO MAKE MONEY THAT WAY!

Don't like the option given to guests in making a pr too, this is going to make a chaos in pr making and we will see unwanted and noob pr's all over the place....also if vip's can make 10 rooms there should be more choice given to ap members also, at least let them make 4 or 5 rooms that's the fair deal....don't like this unfair treatment....IMVU came up with this plan after people started to cancel their vip, so this is IMVU''s new tactic to get them back and to prevent anymore canceling and get more vip members.

I think it should be:

Name ownership = 1 public room

AP = 2 public rooms

VIP = 10 public rooms

Guest_ = NONE!

I agree that their decisions are all based on money.
If you bought AP thinking it is something special, it is not, even though it is advertised as something special.. They got your money, so you no longer matter to them, but VIP on the other hand is a monthly subscription, so their greed makes them focus on that instead, because they can milk it for more money.

Giving the free accounts more perks means more members, and member numbers look good to financiers who may invest in imvu. (Even though they will mostly be dummy accounts created to get more public rooms.)

AP has become about as useful as a dead gold fish, because imvu continues to reduce its value until they can get to the point where they can faze it out like they did the try it pass.

I had VIP at one time, and you know what, I never used any of the special features it had, it was basically worthless to me, and still is as far as I can see. Who the heck needs ten public rooms???

Here's another thing not many are taking into consideration. Apart from this being unfair to AP users (which I agree with), but IMVU, do you realize how many people you're going to frustrate with this? I'm not saying this due to who is and isn't getting privileges, but I'm saying this from the ability to even handle the client itself.

There are those that are barely able to handle the IMVU client itself, even those with top of the line computers. This has been going on with more and more updates. All this is going to do is make it worse to even have the client up. You're giving more opportunity to open rooms yes, but you're also making the negative effect be the ability to stay on the client for as long as possible to be cut in half. Even for those of us that dev. This is making and will make the servers more and more unstable than they already are. So unstable to where more will leave due to instability alone.

Please at least take that into consideration with this. This update seems a bit rushed and its not heading off to a very good start.

Seriously poeple?i look at these forums and find nothing but people complaining,asking for something,or making demands,months back i saw post asking for more rooms becuase people felt that was the only reason they paid for vip,you get more then you bargained for and now their is complaining,should ap have 2 or 3 rooms?but in my opion it would just makes thinks worse ,becuase all thats gona happen is people opening adult content rooms that should not be online in the first,ap is is a 20.00 1 time and fee and maybe cheaper for those who caught it on sale,stop complaining and for guest having a room for a guest is a bad idea,am not going to say how many times i seen trigger parts on guest males and females that like to sit there and be whores,which is just gona make more trouble for imvu since half are minors,sometimes making people happy is not the solution,as they say a person could have all the money in the world,but it does not mean their happy niether. V,Vwishes i had a stamp that satys stupidy on it!

It sounds like imvu want to be rid of AP,for IMVU to do this to AP holders. Name owners should get one room,AP three rooms, and VIP 10. But to give guest a room,LOL. It's crazy!System overload! No wonder I have not been in a creating mood lately.

The only bright side to this is...Since the guests now have a room of their own. Lol,just maybe they will stay out of mine!

the only qualm i have with this is the removal of an AP room. we should keep the 2 as it is. considering we have paid for AP does that not mean we are more inclined to buy more items from IMVU? we have already proven we are willing to pay. 2 rooms for AP should stay
