| Hi, My Account (TheBeutiiDisaster) Just Got Banned For 3000 Days For No Exact Reason, Im A Bit Desperate I Love My Account And I Seriously Want It Back. I Just Can't Start All Over Again, My Account Had To Much Stuff And I Worked To Hard On It To Lose It This Way Please Help, This Is Not Fair That The Imvu Staff Just Decides To Bann My Account For Reason Exact Reason, What Did I Do?,Where Is The Proof? |

I'm a little confused. You say your account is banned, but you are posting in the forums with the account you listed in your message, which means it is no banned at this time. So I am going to assume you meant to put a different account name in that message.
IMVU does not ban accounts for no reason. If you want to know the reason you need to file a help ticket by click on the word help at the top of the page then going to request support. You can ask there as to the exact reason why your were banned. _________________ CandyApple or PoisonApple, Which would you choose? |

I had to remove the image of the messages between yourself and customer service as directly copying or showing messages from customer service is not allowed as they are confidential. You can paraphrase the messages, but not copy them directly.
You have filed a help ticket which is the correct thing to do and now you just have to wait for a reply. It may take up to five days for a non-VIP member to get a reply (two days if you are VIP). If you do not get a response after five days, you can give the ticket number onto a moderator to pass onto staff for escalation. But you must wait for five days first.
It is very strange you are able to still access your account on the website though, I'll ask staff if this is correct or an error. _________________ DP by Katelyn <3 |

I hoped you typed "all nerdie" in your help ticket or else they may just ignore it ... they can barely understand correct English, let alone whatever that is that you are typing now.

My account, (Kiralissa) was just banned at 5:14pm today for no reason too. whats the deal here? ive not bought or purchased anything on that account. I want it back, I did nothing wrong on that account. Plz figure out what the deal is. i want this fixed asap! ive been a member here for 4 years, and have never had an account banned, and i sure didnt do anything to warrent this....The account has AP, and her name registered...thats all

These are user-to-user forums. IMVU staff may read these threads but they will not act unless you file a help ticket.
I am a little confused. First you say that it is your account, and then you say that it is your daughter's. IMVU TOS forbids any kind of account sharing.
However the only way to find out EXACTLY what happened with the account is to file a help ticket and ask IMVU the full details of why the account has been disabled.
Click on help, click request support, click submit a case. _________________

Then she needs to file a ticket for herself. She does not need to make a new account as there is a link on the help page to use if you are not signed into an IMVU account.
IMVU usually will not discuss an issue with anyone other than the account owner.
She will need to furnish proof of ownership, such as RL details used when the account was registered. _________________
