It has now been 11 days with no reply from CS.

As they won't help me would a member of staff please explain why items are allowed to reach such high volumes of sales by staying on the first pages of the catty when they are clearly mis-rated?

Examples: outfits made to look AP by the use of flesh coloured pasties, when pasties are stated as being against the VGRP for GA ... also underwear that has had the mesh "pinched in at the crotch" so as to look AP.

Why don't staff ever check what their wonderful virtual catalogue is actually promoting as acceptable?

No wonder there is so much mis-rating when this is the kind of example you allow to be set.


I guarantee staff won't answer this in the same way that CS won't answer ... why?... because they have no answer, they know it's wrong, but they let it slide because they either don't give a damn enough to do anything about it, or they are under orders to deliberately turn a blind eye to TOS violations as long as the dollars keep rolling in.

As in other matters, this screams *FAVOURITISM* all over the place, as well as the failure of the 'community police' system.

In other words: why should we care about violations more than CS or staff?

Yet again CS have ignored my reply for another 9 days.

This ticket was opened 23rd November and all I've received are rubbish copy-paste replies ... in the meantime the violations go on unchecked.

Would a moderator please escalate my ticket again and ask CS to get off their lazy asses, read and understand the TOS and actually deal with this issue.

The result of your escalation? ... a nonsensical reply and the case immediately closed with no chance to reply.
