Music Not working

None of my Blood On The Dance Floor (BOTDF) is playing which ive had for along time and have nearly all there songs on here erm alot of my extended dance mixes and hard to tell wot else as i have alot and i dont no til i try them, i just no the 1s i said as i tried them last nite

I have also found that the artists of many of the songs that are now not working for me no longer exist in the IMVU music catalog. However on the 'make a mix' page they are there in my selection still.

Really hope this is also part of the bug. Confused

Here are just a couple of the MANY songs that no longer work for me and no longer show up in the IMVU catalog. All of these songs worked yesterday and were purchased only two days ago:

I am from Australia and my buddies in UK and US can not hear the songs either.

These and many more of my songs DO NOT SHOW UP IN THE CATALOG. As if they have been deleted.

Hello.

I am actually a musical artist *in* the catalog, and I found that my album was removed for no apparent reason today; I was alerted to this by my fans who found, as posters above, that my tracks were suddenly "not available". I find this somewhat puzzling as (1) my renewal period with Tunecore does not come up for another two weeks and (2) IMVU still hasn't paid me for all the song sales I've had thusly, for almost a year now.

So, in summation: I paid Tunecore to distribute my music on IMVU, my fans paid IMVU to listen to it, and presently neither one of us has what we paid for.

This sort of unprofessional behavior must be what keeps IMVU in permanent beta.

What I've heard in my own topic(is closed)..

That you can send an email to IMVU with all the songs that aren't working.

I've counted all my songs, I had a buddy in my private room, so I could all write them down.

I came on 71 songs! Shocked

So 71x649= 46.079 credits! Cool

Makes sense now why I cant find some of my fave artists on here, but some no talent, drunk musician from a tiny town in Texas....I can find his stuff in the music store. The really good and FAMOUS ones like George and Reba and Tim McGraw want their money from IMVU so makes sense why they wont put the greater majority of their work on here. I want my music back. I paid for it and I want it or give me my credits back. The only one I have noticed today is Joan Jett that was not available. You took our triggers away and MADE us buy music from this crappy music store. I have a web radio, but I bought this music so I could hear what I want to hear when I want to hear it. My love and appreciation of music spans all types of music from classic country to hard rock and my mixes reflect that. I am seriously considering disabling my account, you take and take and take and give nothing in return except headaches. Thank goodness the really good friends I have made on here....I can to talk to other places than on IMVU.......terribly unsatisfied thats for sure.

WELCOME to IMVU! You have valid issues. Your post also alerts me to this: Contracts that expire and are not renewed will result in more paid for and lost music. BTW, I wouldn't blame you if you refused to renew your contract, and I believe many others on here wouldn't either. You expect payment and it has not appeared. Why should you renew it?

Was that possibility explained to music buyers previously?

Missing so far:

Jai Ho (feat. Vivaraj) and Underworld. They both say they are "not available in my area".

On line, I live in the land of the screwwwwed, and the hoooome of theeee laaaaame... In real life, I'm in the U.S.A.... Had I known the music I purchased was actually a temporary rental, I would certainly have kept my credits.
