It looks like you are making really nice quality items...
but are you aware that using the Batman logo is copyright infringement?
(unless you have been given permission by D C Comics...?)
The only reason I say something is because there really is a lack of education offered within the community.

You can't remove them, but you shouldn't sell them either.
If you have sold any...hide it.
If you haven't hide it and re-use the PID with a new product.
Down the road as you learn more and grow in the community, this will help you. Some of us do pay attention and look thoroughly at a creator's catalog before we spend our money there 
A lot of people really don't think about using a logo or image off of the web for their products. It can get you in trouble later.
I fear the day when some big company finds time to look and see how many Nike shoes and Gucci purses are being sold in IMVU. LOL

NO!, but you know! People will do what they want. It is about copyrights, and ownership. If the company discovers you are using their products and making a profit from them, they could sue you. ;/

But hundreds of dev's have been doing it for years...And anyway, I doubt that such a big company would bother looking at IMVU's catalog.

Yes that is correct, people have been making products without copyright permission. Is it legal? no. But! >.> you know! It comes down to this: You see money laying on a table that doesn't belong to you, and no one is around. Time goes by THEN you come over to my house! I snatch that money right out of your pocket! <.< You notice and get mad... I then continue on with my life and spend that money on a candy bar. :3
