I figured we sort of needed this topic because when someone wants to search for particular players it tends to get buried on the regular RP discussion thread.

So here's my first RP want ad.

A friend of mine named Austin (TernaryAcid) is looking for RPers who can RP as characters from Syfy's Warehouse 13. He is already playing Artie from the show and wants other people to play the rest of the characters or original characters who can exist in the Warehouse 13 universe. Greetings, I am Empress Amalthea Dulease (one of my many rp characters) and i have started an Empire Called the Kaeleyna Empire... It was a branch of the Vallan Empire but due to RL being hectic for EmpressLeynaValla shes taking timeout...

However with her permission i'm keeping to the Vallan RP storyline.... my story line is similar but is a side RP to the story....

Tell a little bit about yourself
Well most importantly in my rp storyline ((which will be introducted when i finish a bio)) my parents bought me a cell phone for my 14th birthday... I later discover, it wasn't an ordinary cell phone. Someones soul has been trapped inside it... I wont be giving any more than that away, just have to watch it unfold. Personality wise... I'm your basic 14 so you can expect the usual rebelion, clumsy, overly dramatic, Cell phone addiction, the world is gonna end cuz i can't find something to wear attitude. I tend to rp as a daddy's girl so I'd like at least one daddy, two daddys is ok too XD.

In the land of Rinsehld, Humans have taken over. King Vrakis is a ruthless ruler who holds the throne not by law, but by force, and has set up laws that forbid magic. Unfortunately, it is not only the use of magic that is outlawed, but merely having magic run in your veins or being non-Human is outlawed. It makes you one of the Forbidden. King Vrakis even set up a special unit of soldiers, known as Hunters, to track down and kill all Forbidden and any Humans that dare sympathize with, or protect, the Forbidden. The sympathizers are known as the Despised. Now the Forbidden and the Despised are on the run, creating small camps and outposts, trying to band together to survive. Galra Outopost is the largest of these outposts, having been created not long after the Magic Laws were passed. The one hope of the Forbidden and Despised is to one day see the rightful heir to the throne, Lord Glaven, reclaim what is his, for he is known to be one of the Despised, and there are rumors that say he is actually one of the Forbidden.

It has been 20 years since the unjust king took power and 5 years since the “Magic Laws” were passed. It is at Galra Outpost that Lord Glaven resides, trying to gain enough strength and help to take back what is rightfully his. It is here that our story begins.

That is the basic plot and setting for an RP I am looking to start. It will be primarily forum based. Anyone who is interested, send me a message on my HP for more information or an invitation to the group. Note: This group is just getting started, so there's not much activity yet. I need RPers for that first.

In particular, I am in need of someone to play Lord Glaven. I have no interest in playing him myself, but his character is vital to the story. If you are interested in playing him, please message me to receive a brief overview of his background. Creative license will be given to do most anything with the character except make him non-human.

I recently been accepted into the Empire of Saint Angelius ruled by Emperor Saint Angelius and Empress Ajora Saint Angelius. The empress is currently pregnant with twins, a boy and a girl and I will be playing the girl. I'm looking for someone to play my twin brother. Willing to teach anyone who is interested if they aren't familiar with roleplaying. Both parents are elves so you must be willing to play an elf. It is not mandatory that your name be changed or that you have AP, but it is preferred.

Every night my friends that I usually RP with sign off around four or five AM. Around that time I tend to wander looking for RP rooms.

I've grown bored with the Dark Ages. Does anyone know of any good modern / Urban fantasy RP room that is still active at that time of night? I'm on the East Coast USA time.

My rpc didn't seem to fit in with anyone, her story a bit different than the norm. so I created a group just for her storyline. Yougo no Senka (Tools of War)

In the distant future, Kyouki, large mechas piloted by Kichou or "Ki", are used as tools in an ongoing war between two factions, the "Banshi no Kantai" and the "Gekidoku Federation."

The Gekidoku

The Gekidoku was a political bodyguard unit, first established in the year 2050, as a countermeasure against acts of terrorism against the Uhan government. It is a paramilitary organization dedicated to serve and protect the people of the Evian planetary system. After the betrayal of the Banshi government against them, the Gekidoku was looked as a terrorist group and forced to leave the system. The founder Saito Fujioka was set as a wanted man in almost every planetary system in alliance with the Banshi government. After being on the run for several years, he and his followers established a small colony somewhere near the Mantis Nebula. There, he raised a family, his son’s name. Hysashi Fujioka. After his father’s death, Hysashi promised his father that he would restore the Evian system to its former glory and bring Nekura to justice. He then had a meeting with a few system lords who were against Nekura’s regime, and established the Gekidoku Federation. Three years have passed since the Federation started, and now it is a complete army, with Aerial, terrestrial and heavy forces, it has advanced both weaponry and medical. They are now

The Banshi no Kantai

Originally known as the Banshi Organization, it was founded by Shuryou Jinkun as a mercenary organization to be used by the Uhan government in place of their own soldiers when dealing with colony rebellions and defending against terrorist attacks. As time progressed, the Banshi Organization became bolder, and it wasn’t too long before Shuryou brought to light the Uhan political members’ dark secrets, essentially toppling the party and in turn rising in their place, claiming for true peace and freedom. Several years in power passed by easily and happily, until Lord Jinkun died in an explosion at a research facility. His son, Nekura Jinkun and the heir to the Banshi, was present at the explosion and considerably lucky, having only suffered severe scarring to his face. An investigation was conducted and quickly the blame was cast to the Gekidoku, ostracizing them from society. Not long after the disbanding of the Gekidoku occur was the name of the Banshi changed to Banshi no Kantai with Nekura Jinkun leading the people to freedom. Early on in the life of the Kantai, worlds began rebelling against the new political body, conducting several terrorist attacks and before too long began to call themselves the Gekidoku Federation. For three years, the two factions have waged war, and the battle only becomes more fierce as new weapons are developed.

Note: RP has not yet begun for Yougo no Senka, the Banshi no Kantai base is currently the only room for Yougo no Senka, and the reason I avoid much detail for the moment about the Gekidoku Federation is because I am not quite sure what that faction’s leader, ShinDarkIsto, is going to do with the Federation, though to point a few things.

This group is brand new, so there isn’t much RP going on just yet
The only room for Yougo no Senka right now is the Banshi no Kantai Base
I play Nekura Jinkun, the mysterious yet happy masked leader of the Banshi no Kantai.
Aliens, Furries, Fantasy races, all are allowed, however there is no magic in Yougo no Senka
We hope to get more rooms up before too long, particularly for the Federation
Though there are footsoldiers, ship pilots, and other classic military units for both factions, if you are deciding to become a Ki, you don’t actually have to search for robot or mech pieces in the shop, just search for armors and cover up as much skin as possible.
