IMVU will not receive any calls from customers regarding matters other than billing. I have heard they will literally hang up on you if you call about any other than billing issues.

If the matter you want to talk to IMVU about is about billing, you can call them with this toll-free (in the US) number: 866-761-0975

The line is open from 6am to 6pm and they are in California, so they are on Pacific time.

If you matter isn't billing related, you can contact IMVU via the help ticket service here.
