|
|
So I was checking an outfit I wanted to submit for the DOC. Had a look at one of my products and the product page says the it failed PR.
I looked at the review summary and it came up with this:

but the votes are 100% pass. So er, what's going on? _________________

Hi, I'm really not sure why it would fail if it had all passing votes. Did you resubmit or edit the product page a few times while it was in pr?
Also, I will mention this to Staff. _________________

I did.
I tried resending it to PR as well but it just ended up the same.
I did also get a message on my homepage that the product passed, so it's all a bit confusing seeing as it still says product failed on the product page. _________________

I've since resent this product to PR but it still comes back with the same result; 16 passes but failed PR.
I don't know if it's visible in my catalog at all ([OOO] Penance Skin) so if someone with an access pass could check for me, that would be wonderful.
Should I submit a help ticket about this, as I haven't done so yet? I thought it would be best to check in here first just in case it was an easily rectifiable problem.
I'm not desperate to get this selling, since I doubt it will be popular anyway but I would like people to be able to actually buy it. _________________

You should file a helpless ticket for sure, and hopefully since some mods are poking staff for you it could be looked at quicker.
Sorry to hear the problem.. I hope it gets fixed ASAP. _________________ |

You definitely need to file a help ticket. I just went and looked and I only see one AP item in your catty, an engel nude suit. So I dont think the penance skin is there at all. _________________ Catalogue:

Welcome to the "Sophisticated" system of IMVU!
You might wanna file a help(less) ticket but, I probably already know the response you'll be getting from staff, That'd be something like this:
| Quote: | | Thank you for your email. Our engineers are currently working on resolving the issue with Peer Review. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to have a resolution in the very near future. |
But guess what? That "future" never ever becomes present! |

That definitely sucks!
I was able to use it in a DOC entry however, which would mean its not hidden...weird! _________________

Checking on this but I have a question: was this product originally submitted as AP or GA? _________________ Katie --Creator Community Manager, IMVU Inc. |

Originally GA.
I changed it to AP when I updated the product page to include AP images (as the tattoos on the skin are not fully visible when wearing GA products) or maybe slightly before I updated the product page, as I already intended it to be AP before adding product pictures. So there was no AP material on the product page or in the product when it was rated GA.
I'm not sure if this update was done whilst the product was in peer review however. _________________
