I know I have a male avatar but I'm really a girl, and I have a bit of a problem.
My IMVU account EpicBunneh was disabled a couple of months ago, and I have no idea why or how. I don't understand what I've done, and that account was really good, I had really good friends on it.

It says that I have like another 3000 days until it enables again, that's like over 8 years.

I want my account back, and how am I supposed to contact IMVU?
Could they have made a mistake or have I really done something wrong?

Have I been hacked or something?

They said they've sent my email an email giving me more information but I've been given nothing.
Someone please help me?

Check your 'junk' or 'spam' folders, the email may have ended up in there.

If you cannot find it for whatever reason, go here to file a help ticket. Click 'Request Support' and file your ticket under 'General Support' and then 'Disabled Account'. Tell them about your situation and how you can't find the email, ask them what was the violation and what you can do to get your account back.

firstly, that group is silly, imvu act as any normal business would, if you have problems the only way to get them solved is by contacting imvu. As your problem is a billing problem you can either get a quick response help ticket or ring imvu.

Secondly, there is nothing this froum can do about your ban, i was alo recently banned for 8 years, and after a few help tickets with imvu i got the problem solved, it might take a while but you CAN get it sorted.

look at the TOS at the bottom of the page, see if there is any rule you broke without realising.

Hey, it's iSmoosh here.
I made this new account for now, to wait for my old account to get sorted out.

I've just emailed them, telling them basically EVERYTHING, and how badly I want it back. I asked them to tell me what the violation was, like Qwerty told me to.

And now I suppose, I have to wait.

I really don't understand what I did though. ='/

usually the 3000 day ban means that IMVU has reason to suspect that one of their major rules has been broken.
As Jamo says, you can usually get it sorted out once you know what the problem was.

They do usually send an email to the registered email account about the suspension, BUT those emails sometimes get eaten by people's junk folders so they never see them.

That is the same with my old account ROCHELLEK because it got deleted right on my birthday which was very rude Sad I really want my account back though as I did nothing wrong and I was never even notified of it Neutral

Whatever imvu is doing they need to sort it out before they get heavily criticised of deleting or disabling accounts for no reason...

They do not do it for no reason.
They DO notify the account holder, but those emails seem to get eaten by the junk folder and never read.
If that happens, reset your junk folder settings so that it does not delete junk immediately (immediate deletion is default on many email accounts). Then file a help ticket and ask why it was disabled.

There are rules that most people don't know about until they have broken them. (one example is coding away the top links of your hp, or putting a sticker over the report page or block links. You cannot see those links on your own page so it is easy to block them without knowinh about it.
