I cant download imvu.. download failed error!

hi all need help i download imvu and it said download fail so i try to the window installer and download the latest update with the 0 at the end and it install but i get imvu crashed try again repeating anyone knows what i should and it not the firewall or pop up blocker.

First my computer was say download failed now when I downloaded the other way it kept saying imvu crashed , how do i keep it from cashing ? Sad

Hi, thanks for the kind suggestion with problem with download.

The file is about 30.7M download.

When it gets to install, it goes nearly to the end, and says download failed.

Then variously says it crashed or offers to re-download!!

Ha.ha. I wonder if someone can offer a kind suggestion?!

i can't even download IMVU every time when i create an acc and i download it it always FAIL FAIL FAIL or crash......it makes me angry.....imvu......pls help me Sad

I tried most of the downloads that are shown but Imvu keeps crashing when I downloaded it and it ask me to restart and when I restart, it asks me the same question .. I have windows XP and nothing is working. Someone help! D:

Hi, I know I'm like two years late replying but recently I have been having a problem re-installing IMVU. It keeps saying Error, as shown in the image if you can see it.

If you can't see it, the best I can do is explain:

My IMVU recently started playing up slightly, saying "corrupt file", a notification kept popping up saying it. And then a small window notification popped up saying that if I don't reinstall it (it was already installed at the time) then IMVU wouldn't work properly so at times I did so but then other times when I was about to, IMVU loaded up and I played.

Now, I uninstalled it as advised and tried in reinstall it but everytime a small window notification pops up saying, "Error opening file for writing" and "Click Retry to try again or Cancel to stop the installation". I did try clicking Retry several times but it just wouldn't continue and the little window wouldn't go so I just clicked cancel as it was the only option and so the installation didn't complete.

A friend tried to help by sending me a link with downloads to try, I tried a few but the error kept popping up.

So is it possible for someone to read this (I would hugely appreciate it) and possibly tell me the problem and try to help?

this worked for me.I found this on my own.
i downloaded the last 2 windows update installers now i'm back on IMVU no problems with update or download fail messages
