Because that's the way IMVU want it. People used to be able to, but IMVU disabled their products around mid 2007 in a big purge

So in line with these company "morals", they changed their policies to reflect this. Although large sectors of the community rebelled, they finally said that this decision was final.

In all seriousness, I'm sure there was quite some debate over freedom and morals, but it's really a gray area. I would just go by the legality of content and say the rest is user-created, but it's subjective. You leave strong content on your site and people will condem your morals. You take it down and people call you a dictator. Mad

I think the balance of what IMVU regulates is certainly acceptable.

i really doubt that in a game cartoonish love making should be full exposed, if your looking for those options theres Second Life and Red Light Center, bad ideas to have that option back in all the way.
