Ok. I wanna make a comic.

Probably about:
People about 16-22 years old who's fighting a long war against humans.
They are all elite, and they're on mission to ruin the other's army. It's very dangerous.
It's in a very ruined, and empty world.
Switching between overgrown forests, to ruins, . etc.
The story is kinda beyond realistic.
BUT STILL, kind of realistic.
They're kinda living in a second world where it looks a lot like the other world, but it's more.. Yeah. A lil different.

(Will come more later. I feel stupid. :'D)

Form Explanation:

The Name. Here you're supposed to type the character's name. Perferably the last name too, and a nick-name if it has that.
Creature: Here you will write what kind of creature it is. I would love some fantasy and creativity on this one, because it would be really cool if you made something that didn't exist already.
Gender/Orientation: Here you'll tell me what kind of gender it is, and maybe the sexual orientation of the character? ;3
Age: Please between 16-22?
Home-country-thing: I'd like you to tell me what country your character is from. Like, USA, Russia, Germany. This would be easier for me. :3
Rank: Here it's what kind of guy it is. If it's an Assault or a Medic. Also. A military grade. Like .. Corporal.
Fav. Weapon: I'd like you to fill out this one. Please some kind of gun? Because this could tell me what kind of personality it has aswell.
Personal Fav qoute What your character likes to say. Haha. xD
Drives What your character can control, and stuff. Like cars, etc.

Personality: Here it's how it acts. I'd like more a long story. And, if she has any close relationships to someone, and so on. Not just three words. I want you to create a picture for me.
The song Is kinda. Yeah. Post the character's favourite song. It means a lot to the character.
Ref. Picture: This is not needed. But, only used if you already have a picture of your character. (This have to be your own picture, not "I want it to look like that"-Picture.
Special is where he has something abnormal. Yeha. >_>

Rules for the character:
Ok, I have some few rules to make in not so WHOOOOO.
First, If you want your character to have wings, the wings can't work. xD
Second, If it has to have powers like making flames, it can only be like making a fire. Not any huge things. It can't be unfair for our enemies. It's supposed to be the enemy that's crushing our heroes. xD
Third; I don't want it to be an animal. Or, it can be an animal. But not a anthro animal. but, you can make kemonomimis, with animal legs, if you want.

Description:
On the shorter side at 5'4". Loves being around those taller than herself. Medium brown hair that's usually tied in a loose ponytail that's often draped over her right shoulder. Always wearing her baggy yellow sweater, usually with the hood up. It extends about half-way down her thighs and has a thick black stripe along the back of the hood all the way down to the bottom of the sweater. She loves the feeling of clothing that easily moves with her. She refuses to wear anything on her feet, unless it's socks (though you rarely see her wearing them), it explains the faded scars all over her rough feet& ankles, complete opposite of her hands which are very soft despite also being covered in faded scars. The only distinguishable scar is one that runs along the back of her neck and over her right shoulder (usually covered up by her hair). No one knows how she got it. Her tail is about 3' in length with a tuft of fur on the end with a metal cuff just below it. On the inside of her right ankle there's a small tattoo of her favorite flower (forget-me-not).

Personality:
Tends to keep to herself and very clever but has trouble when she hasn't been around anyone for a period of time, will start to feel seperation anxiety. She's on the talkative side and prefers not to take things too seriously (unfortunately even in combat). She'll only injure her enemies to the point where they can no longer fight, likes to toy with them.
She's quick to remark and has a sharp toungue, though she avoids confrontation. She loves playing around and tends to be very affectionate towards those close to her. Although she seems not to be paying attention most of the time, she's extremely perceptive of others.
She dislikes hand-to-hand combat due to her limited strength, pretty much dislikes combat in general even though she's skilled in it. She likes to target enemies minds rather than their physical bodies, loves influencing their psyche. Her talents deal with being quick on her feet and her agility, when using her Kusarigama it's practically second nature to her. She avoids killing soldiers, only goes after the higher-ups when it's needed.
It's difficult for her to fall in love for she fears being broken, but when she does, she falls hard.
She tends to be pretty sensative and is often affected by other's moods.
