yes it is customizable. :3
since the bg layer is flat you have to go select the red on the bg, then go to image> adjustments> replace color, and put the fuzziness to 200. then just play with the hue, saturation and lightness until you achieve the desired color.

the lace is on a separate layer so you just do the same with the stitching.
or you can give me a swatch of the color you want and i can do it, either way. ^_^
and i can give you the one with the blending options for the border so you can edit it as well.
and sure, it's yours if you want it.
