Hey everyone,
I have recently spoken to the QA Team at IMVU about bug reporting and one of the areas our team is asking from this community is information that not only provides details to the issues, but is reproducible.
What is needed is the following:
Your Operating System:
Version of your IMVU Client:
Version of your Previewer Client:
How much Ram on your computer:
The exact error message you are receiving (if any):
Did you run any Operating system updates recently, and when:
What type of Firewall/Antivirus program are you using?:
We need a step by step instruction on what you did before this happened:
You should also reproduce your own steps to make sure it can be reproduced. Anyone who can also reproduce can add some validity to the report.
In doing this, it allows the QA team an opportunity to recreate the issue and also reproduce the bug using the same steps you took.
If you are seeing a problem, this is what is needed to help our QA team in locating and addressing the problem. |
