|
|
I have recently been looking around the catalog and most items I see have comments like "Hey I dont like this product can i have a refund?" well sorry to say.. There is no such thing!
If you aren't so sure about the thing you are buying then.. Dont buy it!
If you want to know what something looks like before you buy it get a try it pass, its that simple! |

Besides seeing as developers only get a portion of the credits used when buying the product, they can't give them a full refund if they wanted one it would be about 55 credits.. _________________

The try-it-pass is really underestimated, people should buy it if they don't have it already.
On another note I strongly feel that developers should learn to make better catalog icons. Trust me, a good catalog icon is worth the time you put into it! _________________ Mandarin Rose |

I agree with that too.
The catalogue icons really do count, when you look at an icon it is supposed to show you how good the product really looks.
Some people dont bother and leave the product to look wider and more pixelated than it really is. |

So do too, people who don't have the try it pass will be weary of buying it . |

| I'm sorry but some people don't have money to buy the try it pass. There are tons of people on here that haven't even bought there name. There are also alot of younger kids on here who don't have the money to buy a *try it pass* And there are some developers that have pictures of one thing but when you buy it, it's something different. And in cases like those, Yes I think they should get their money back--In that case, the developer should take responsibility and give the customer their money back. Or if a product doesn't work/won't load, I think they should get their money back also--The person can contact the developer and in turn the developer contact IMVU, if IMVU can't solve the problem then the customer has the right to get their money back, because in a case like that, it wasn't their fault.. I personally don't buy things unless I see a big picture, or if I see someone else with it. IMVU gets enough money. I'm sorry but I'm not spending 20 dollars on a "Try It Pass", I've yet to buy something that I don't like... |

It's a shame. There should be some place where the person can resell the items that they brought and such. |

I do think that we should get refunds. I bought a ponytail for my other person, not knowing that it doesn't come with the whole headhair. So I had to spend another 400 credits just getting another hairstyle to wear with it, just to find out that they look unnatural and ugly. How was I suppose to know this was to happen? And the worst part is that I don't have a "Try It Pass" and I can't get one, since my family and I are in a bit of a money problem. _________________ I'm SUPERWOLFWOMANPERSONGIRLTHING! Sorry, but I have no sympathy for stupidity.
