With the Gifs you can make your own.. i use gimp and i also use a website called picasion.com Its a Gif changer you add your pictures you want make sure they are 100X80 before you add them to that site if you check out my catty (no this is not a ploy to get anyone to catty ) but you will see what i do.. alot of creators use different things but this is what i use i use in gimp deco its in filters and i use fuzzy to get a fuzzy border
