I'm having a serious problem with Avie body animations. I know all about using Disable Gaze to stop the avie's head from going crazy when their body moves, but despite my best efforts, I'm still getting some weird head movement at the start of every Avie body animation.
Is there a bone in the player's neck I'm NOT suppose to animate? Or some way to force the player's head to stop bobbing around at the start of each animation. It's not a huge problem, I guess, but it's an annoying and persistent one that I can't seem to stop. I hate to have my stuff look sub-par just because of some minor bug in IMVU's character models.
And yes, this problem does NOT appear in Previewer. Only in the IMVU Client. |

If you are turning the avi, I have found this. It is better to turn the standing node on the XSF if you need them to face each other. _________________

I don't know what a "XSF" is, but I know that the animations won't appear if I rotate the root node of the model. The Pelvis is the highest bone in the order I can access.
Maybe you're talking about furniture? I'm talking about animating the player's body using a body channel. In this case, I use the right hand.
Speaking of furniture, when is IMVU going to fix the damn furniture bug so we can make animated furniture again?? I have a HUGE list of items lined up, but no way to make them. |
