I've created a sticker with red text and a shadow that creates a white border around the text. The transparent GIF file works fine as a sticker.
But when I try to create a catalog sample image the white background does not show around the text
I changed the catalogue page to a grey background , but still no luck.

The image was a PSD photoshop multilayer, but as a GIF it's only one layer - right
