|
|
I need to make rings for small hands and since I cant figure out how they should fit, I have to make small hands.
I know it is difficult.
Can anyone tell me quickly, if I just need to play with vertices under physique or do I delete physique and play with vertices and then I make my own physique again. How about just skinning it to the wrist (does it make a huge difference? - i know fingers wont move)
Is there a quick way of playing with vertices (maybe using "shrink" modifier???)
Anything you can tell me?
Thanks. _________________

The quick way to make small hands is to scale the vertices on the default ones without touching Physique. As to making rings for small hands.. since there're quite many small hand meshes out there it will not be possible to make one that fits all so it would be better to make the rings that come with small hands and derive from glove product. _________________

I think making small hands is pretty much going to be a fruitless pursuit now with the advent of LOL's hand re-scaler ... I just buy default avatar hand size stuff now and it looks and works superbly.

Yvw ... it is literally the best thing I've found for a long time, ever since I started there have been lovely gloves and outfits that I wouldn't buy or wear just because of the hands ... now I can _________________

Any idea how he did that? I see a lot of add on like that from him. Most of them are not derivable.
Anyway, I think it has to do with coding rather than playing with the visual avatar. _________________

It's manual coding on mesh scale in debug in CM. _________________

Resizing the hands never worked for me. It makes the fingers quite long and like sticks when the avatar moves or they become crooked and look real freaky lol
Thanks. |

Thank you so much!
That resize thing never worked for me. The fingers look very long like several sticks or look crooked and freaky when the avatar moves. _________________
