Experiencing very long pauses when trying to apply a texture in create mode.The texture is within the proper size,and this is not while IMVU techs are maintaining the client.I know right now the client and website are not responding well,but its been doing this since Friday.

Hello and welcome to Monday morning in the virtual community of IMVU..

Where at this time many people connecting from around the world are experiencing sluggish or dropped connections in the client program
and the following message when attempting to access the site via browser:

Error:

Database query error..

This latest incident comes following multiple nights of announced scheduled maintenance for IMVU when users were unable to connect to the service for hours at a time, apparently whatever maintenance performed has so far been insufficient to overcome these issues.

The current time in Palo Alto California, home of the IMVU servers is 5:25a..
so any official statement from IMVU is not expected for at least another two hours, possibly longer as they may not be able to troubleshoot the problem sufficiently to provide the virtual community with much information.

I thought I could have a peacefull afternoon, tinkering on my productpages, decorating some rooms of mine, playing around with the new outfit..... Nope... I can't ... nothing but one big heap of trouble. Nothing but stress.

This means a few hours of intencive WOW. ... Now where did I leave my axe +300? Clobbering baddies. Nothing southes the mind more then that.

this just in..

The People online status line, while never an exact figure, is displaying a definite downward slide this morning, beginning at 530a with an estimate of 65,880 people, plunging now to an estimate of only 58,004.

Again these figures should only be considered inconclusive estimates, but the trend is definitely downward, even for a Monday.

yes the number of users is declining and they advertize all over the net i have seen several ads must be where our credits that they kept from us went to use any how i stopped using imvu for a while just sign in see nothing has been fixed so sign right back out i gave up complaining as it seems no one is listening only a few people have received answers to problems so why waste my time adding my 2 cents when it falls on death ears. it seems that ever since imvu received a new ceo it has gone to he** in a hand basket i remember it used to be fun to create and talk with good friends that no longer is the case . you used to be able to make money threw creating but with all the credit fees you cant anymore the mesher gets there cut imvu takes there cut and you are left with a few hundred credits hmmm even if you have your owm mesh you still get the nails driven to you so it is a lose lose situation to me have a nice day thank you imvu for ruining a disabled persons ability to earn a little to help them get by

Ok i have this weird Public room glitch just curious if its just me or does anyone else have this glitch .
When I click the GOD button to enter a public room Instead of clicking the room card then the Go button it will load the room but no one would be there even though it shows ppl in the room b4 i click ( more like the twighlight zone LOL ) so i have to click the room card then click go to get into the room where it will show people in the room please tell me if u all have this issue thanks

I'm on version 465.78 so far its running really good. No Lagging or freezing *knocks on wood*
