How to submit a sticker

sorry if it's here and I don't see it. You can point me to it. I want to submit a sticker and tried to do it from creator mode, but can't. When I click on things in creator mode it is not letting me go to my picture files,, ok, but it won't let me go to tinypic or photobucket either.

so, how do I submit a sticker, please?

[editted to add] I just checked the tutorial on the creator education center, and it looks like it's for the way we used to submit them.

its not in the create mode, go to the stickers catalog, click on a sticker (it doesnt matter which one) and then at the bottom of the product info there is a blue link that says "make a sticker", click on that and it will lead you to where you submit them.

that page says 'submit a product'. Can I submit other products using that same thing?

For submitting 3d products you have to use the Create mode's "Upload" tab in the Client itself,
it will re-direct you to a webpage eventually.
