Rain tutorial
first open your picture:

Next select your first layer in your layer dialog. Then put a Transparent over your all your layers. like this: http://i223.photobucket.com/albums/dd138/loveydovey81/pic7-2.jpg
Next take the Bucket fill tool, and fill all the Transparent layers with white. http://i223.photobucket.com/albums/dd138/loveydovey81/pic10-2.jpg.
Know select the first white layer, then go to Filters>noise>RBG noise. Put this in exactly or it may not look right, but you may test other combinations, but lets use this one for know. http://i223.photobucket.com/albums/dd138/loveydovey81/pic12-2.jpg

Know after that, go to Filters>blur> motion blur. Put in exactly what i do, you may use other combinations, but lets use this for know.

Know do that for all the White boxs. Know select your first white box, and there should be a thing over the first box,that says "Normal" Change that to overlay for know You may experiment with them . Do that for all the white boxs. Know click the White boxs and push merge down. After that your layers should look like this: http://i223.photobucket.com/albums/dd138/loveydovey81/pic19-1.jpg
Then go to Filters>Animation>Playback. Then remember to save it as ".gif" [animation lowers quality] Anyway this was my result.

Realistic face tutorial
im only doing eyeshadow ill add to this tutorial later when i have time.
Eyeliner/eye First im going to open a picture: http://i223.photobucket.com/albums/dd138/loveydovey81/ebhankce1-1.pngOkay, know, take out a circle brush im useing circle(05). im changing the place over the brush that says "opacity" You lower this from the color of your avi's eyeshadow. Her avi's eyeshadow is gray so im going to lower it to 90.8. http://i223.photobucket.com/albums/dd138/loveydovey81/eye1.jpg
Know im going to zoom in to the eye. so that i can only see the eye but can see the whole eye. Know take your brush and just go around the eye, do this untill u get it like you want. Mine looks like this:

Do the same with the other eye, [sorry if im not explaining it well] Anyway try to make it the same. Optional This will make the eye look more realistic. Go to your burn/dodge tool. My eye is know kind of small so im going to use circle(3) brush. Then click burn+midtones and a explore of 50.0. Put this over the whole eye is it looking more realistic?..
Know the last part is to select the the burn/dodge tool once again and click dodge+highlights and a explore of 50.0 do this on the white parts of the eye to make it more realistic/healthy xD. My result: http://i223.photobucket.com/albums/dd138/loveydovey81/eyetutAwws.png
nose[easy]
Well first open your pic, ill open the same pic..
Know zoom in to your nose. then go to your dodge/burn tool. make it a circle brush [make it small]. im using brush, circle(03) when you have your brush as i said before go to burn/dodge tool then click burn+shadows . As i said before you may experiment with this but do what i said for know. Go over your nose like you want, Warning You may want to do the next tutorial before you do this one [witch is just smudging out the face] Anywho use the dark on the parts u want to be your nose [u outline it this will be the way your nose looks] mine looks like this: http://i223.photobucket.com/albums/dd138/loveydovey81/nosetut.jpg
you may do your nose anyway you would like. The examples i showed you or one like my avi pic [witch Key made" shout out to her xD]...

smoothing skin
Okay know this is kinda easy also. Take out your smudging tool. set the tool to something small. set your smoothing tool to hard edge, and range: 20.0... Know ive did this to show where's a good place to smudge. http://i223.photobucket.com/albums/dd138/loveydovey81/SMOOTHINGTUT.jpg [I used a different pic for this one].. Do this all with the smudging tool. Know take out the dodge/burn tool. set it to hard edge+burn and midtones. Know go back to your burn/dodge tool. and where i put the light pink lines put the dodge witch it dodge+midtone+hard edge.
This will end the tut. How this helps someone.
Anywho, after youu do all that use Water's tutorial that will help and if u want hair edits like mine use Maybe4ever's tutorial
