| Is there any way to preview a triggered pose in the previewer without submitting it? |

Yeah, if you had an older previewer when it actaly worked properly (mostly, at least it was more functional)

No, but when you put the action in, it allowed you to hit the play button and it would play it.

just hit play action in the previewer and it will strike a pose
