Hi, what a great start to the week, IMVU have decided i hacked my own account and have disabled it. Chat is closed for another 6 and a bit hours, well of course it is, they are there to screw you but not to help. I cannot find an email address so what am i supposed to do. Luckily i still have this old account with a few more days of VIP left or i would be totally.......well you get the picture.........Has anyone any ideas please.

The only way to contact IMVU is via the help ticket system or live chat. If in the US, you could try phoning during office hours, but they generally only accept calls for billing issues. _________________
