I tried buying a name change token (on sale) as a gift... this happened for the billionth time in a week -> http://i65.tinypic.com/if1qjc.png
So I tried help center. And after pushing my nerves this also happened for the gazzilionth time -> http://i67.tinypic.com/4sbqmr.png

I had recieved those messages as well for purchasing Credits as well as had it holding my credits for 4 days..I called IMVU and asked why it has not cleared and taking so long to process...the answer they gave me was....the generic answering response we are glad you contacted us blah blah blah lets address this problem.. worse then a answering machine at times..lol....But anyways the issue came down to this...They do a random security check on your account sometimes and when it is your time these things will happen and you have to contact IMVU VIA Chat Help if you are VIP or a ticket. They will ask you information to verify you are who you say you are as well as the info on your Credit card to make sure they match. Once they have done this they can force it through and within a hour you have what you paid for. So when in doubt take the time to wait on chat help line and let them know because sometimes it is something that has a easy fix.

IMO, it looks more like your web browser is set to block all 3rd party cookies. I know two that you can set up in your exceptions list to Allow for the IMVU Help Desk....

tmcontent.imvu.com

and

imvuportal.cnxcloud.com

Allow those 2 in your browser privacy settings and the help desk will probably appear for you now. Just give it a moment to load.

If it does, try your purchase again....If you STILL get that error, allow all 3rd party cookies one time. Do the transaction again....if it completes put your cookie settings back like you had them.
