I find it interesting that you were told you were engaging in suspicious activity but staff were unable to tell you exactly what that activity was. I mean surely if you were doing something suspicious you would already know what it was so it wouldn't matter if they told you :/

Can post all day in the forums about it and all you will get is one conspiracy theory after another. CS / Payout teams, are the only ones that can help you.

You said yourself no reason was given, could be a million things. "found some suspicious activity" would not lead me to think copyright.

I had someone message me on FB the other day wondering why they were disabled and my first question was "Did you sell credits?" the answer was yes - and I solved their confusion with the non-descriptive CS answers.

It would be MUCH better if the CS agents were more transparent.

Thank you everyone who took their time to comment on my situation. I really appreciate it.

@ MRxGQxFUTURISTIKxKG: Yes. Thank you. All i wanted to ask is if anybody experiences same situation and if there is a way to get the Earn Money Team to response to my help ticket. They cant refuse you a service that they provide without telling you what leads them to the decision. For example, if you get declined from getting an apartment or student loans, etc, the people who provide the services have to tell you why.

@ Club : You are correct. Honestly, posting my issue in a forum was not my first choice but since I cant get the Earn Money Team to answer my ticket, I posted here hoping that one of the staff would answer or pm me.
They cant tell me what i did wrong so it could be anything or it could be nothing. The same thing happened last year (same messages and no reason why they removed me from the earn money program) but they corrected their mistake within 2 weeks.

@ Notorious : Yes, selling credits is against TOS. I do not sell credits. I need them to create. I dont go no where on IMVU or talk to anyone in bad languages. I barely even change my profile picture. All i do is create and log off. That is why i dont know why they did what they did. Around the same time last year (Thanksgiving 2015), they cut me off the Earn Money program, I submitted a help ticket asking them the reason and also demanding the proof. Their next reply was Congratulation, you can earn money... and I just left it as that. I absolutely agree with you that they need to be more transparent and informative in their answer.

@Gmilio- IMVU does not handle personal account issues in public. Users cannot ever tell you why IMVU took action against an account. All payout issues and concerns go through the payout department not the help center. We can file a payout ticket to ask for info. Please pm me once you have filed a payout ticket so I can have it escalated. I cannot promise you will be told exactly why your have been set to credits only but its worth a shot.

What is the cutoff date on updating information on our w9's? I just very recently moved and am currently updating all of my documentation for address change. I know you all will have them sent out by Jan 31st. But I want to know how long it will take the creator team to process my request by that time.

I'm 3 points off pro and I only started creating a few months ago. This is pretty exciting and I'm glad I'll be able to earn some RL pocket money off of it. On the contrary to so many people complaining about IMVU, it's actually a great program.
