I've coded my homepage with CSS to have a Chinese silk background of black with red designs, a black border that fades to transparent (box shadows), and a banner image at the top of the page. When I'm logged in as my own account and view my homepage, it looks exactly like that. When I'm not logged in or logged in as a different account, the silk background is there but the box shadow and banner image don't show. Why is that? How do I fix that? Can anyone help me understand?
Let me include my CSS so maybe you can see if I've messed that up somehow. Please excuse the spam. It's not the most CSS I've ever written for a homepage but it's a lot. For the record, I used code provided in the forum sticky to make sure my code complied and would work right. That's why I'm confused that I can see it but no one else can.
Let me include a screenshot of what I see and what everyone else should be seeing. (It's full-sized so I'll make it a URL you can click on so it doesn't spam this post. Also, the banner image may seem clipped but it's because I scrolled the page down a bit to allow some of my About Me panel to show. There's nothing broken in how it displays to me.)
