I have not received a badge tile nor my 20k credit prize. The only tile I have is the one I recently spent 50k for. I have NOT received anything from this contest.

Please check your source, because you have already sent 20k to second place winner and have not fixed that mistake. You are now implying you sent a badge tile, check to what user, it certainly was not my account. This is infuriated at this point, you are a staff member check my account and back date the Credits Balance Log. All the proof to backup my statements is there.

I have now received the 20,000 reward but not the badge tile. Please keep in mind the tile on my account was one I bought on the 10th and paid for. It is not the free tile promised for this contest.

So much incompetence.... so much disrespect and frankly if ever I had even a thought of participating in a contest. This inaction and lack of professionalism has shown me that IMVU IS NOT SERIOUS, DOES NOT FOLLOWTHROUGH. And regretably lastly, there is no sense of community. We dont disrespect the 1st place contestant and we dont make this whole competion a farce. SMH..if this were a serious company... these fauxpas would not happen. Dont start competions or products if they half work or there is no intention of making the competion or a product a success.

Now I finally see what was sent. You all sent me 2 Badge Canvas's. Is this a mistake or is IMVU backing out of the free Badge TILE that was promised for this contest?

We apologize and will get you the badge tile. Varsha held this contest and due to her new job had to depart from IMVU. The team has been taking over to fill in while a new Community Manager is being found. We have been learning the tools that are used to gift winners in contests. It is not our intent to upset those who entered and will make sure you have your prizes.

Simply lost for words... smh. All serious companies anticipate staff moving on and therefore have detailed manuals and job descriptions for each and every position in said company. I know this to be true as i used to be a training liason for my ex companies. The fact that Varsha left and all her tasks were not completed are of no concern to us the consumers... it shows that IMVU is running this company by the seat of their pants and is not serious. Also, what stirs my curiosity, why has the position still not been filled? Is it due to the fact that IMVU really does not care for the IMVU comunity? What a shame.... please do remember that if it wasnt for us IMVU wouldnt be around and you all woulnt have jobs ... Wink
